Lets the horde replace words its filters flag instead of rejecting the whole request.
The horde runs prompts through filters, and this decides what happens when one fires: with it on the flagged wording is swapped and the request goes through, and with it off the request fails outright. It is on by default, here and on the horde's side. Turn it off if you want to know when a prompt is flagged. With it on, a flagged prompt is quietly changed, and you may not understand why the result differs from what you asked for.
